According to data published in 2013 by NPD, a company specialized in market analysis, approximately one-third of adults in the United States said they have decreased or eliminated gluten from their diet. It’s clear to see that the gluten free craze has been a trend that marketers have profited off of. If you do want to lose weight, don’t consider a gluten free diet.
